I forgot to include the email address in my previous post so I had to go back and edit it :P sorry about that, my bad. It's btcare@bt.com. Just remember to include the link to this thread so I can come back to it.
Needless to say I’ll be making sure the advisor(s) in question get the correct info. I guess it’s an easy mistake to make, but I am not justifying it. It still shouldn’t have happened, so thanks for highlighting this.
