They asked where to send the picture back to so i repled on the 9th up until this day I still dont have the picture dispite emailing ther email address on ebay 4 times
Would ebay remove as the person says I have had no contact and I have all the proof I have
Thanks in advance

Probably not no. But there is no harm in asking them to remove it- you never know. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

In the mean time, just calmly reply to it saying "I can't personalise item if you don't send me the picture. Please send it".
A neg isn't that bad. It's how you respond to it which counts.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Is email the only way they can send you the photo? Could you ask for it to be sent on cd? Could it be posted to photobucket or similar?
Could just be a filtering issue.0 -
Agree with this, a calm factual reply to a neg always looks better than a rant, especially since most people rant when leaving a neg, so then at least you look like the normal one of the twoIn the mean time, just calmly reply to it saying "I can't personalise item if you don't send me the picture. Please send it".

whenever i receive a neg i have contacted the buyer (over phone or message) explain as politely as i can why i feel the feedback was unjustified, correct the problems then ask them to withdraw the comment by sending them a feedback withdrawal form, they then have 7 days to fill out the form (takes 2mins)
Try communicating with the buyer, if you look a the PayPal transaction they may have a phone number listed.0 -

I like the idea of 'communicating' but ive got to say if someone rang me and bothered me over feedback id neg them again if i could!
id keep the communication to email only.0 -

If a seller phoned me over feedback there would be no chance in hell of me revising the feedback. If I've left a neg its because all avenues have been closed and my overall buying experience is poor. All a phonecall would do is annoy me more0 -

If i had a problem with a purchase i would be happy that the seller called me to sort it out, remember it works in their favour, they get a replacement or refund..
If they didn’t want to be contacted then they can hide the number on PayPal.
Everyone i have spoken to had been really happy with my communication.0 -

Surely you should have sorted the problem out before they gave you feedback0
