Picture this-
In Aug MIL comes round with a Virgin order and gives it to me-assumes I had it sent to her (despite the fact I have not been a consultant for over a year!)
I don't know who it belongs to so it sits in my hallway for 2 months. At this point, no one has claimed it so I GIVE the items to SIL and MIL (as they all happened to be things I dont use)
Tonight-I get an email from my former Manager saying that she had been worrying about writing me this email for ages but she basically was out of pocket so...It transpires that the order (FROM AUG!) was one my SIL had placed with her but she was asked not to tell me because she 'didn't want me to know she had ordered it from her' (!!!!!!-why would I care?!) and manager sent it to MIL as she did not have SIL address. Can you see where this is going?!?!?!
So I now have to pay manager for these items that I GAVE to MIL because no one tells me phoquing ANYTHING! Honest to god! I am now out of pocket £40!
I so pished off. I Told DH (its his stupid family) and he just laughed.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

That's absolute b0llox Bunny, if the order was nothing to do with you then paying for it should also be nothing to do with you, give your former manager your SIL's number and tell them to sort it out themselves!

Dont understand why MIL doesnt pay for at least half of it and SIL pay for the bits you gave to her...
Anyway surely when MIL says to SIL 'ooo Bunny gave me some vie stuff' you would have thought she would have twigged no??0 -

Precisely Scaredy!
If you do end up paying let them know that they've had their Christmas presents!
