Why is it that when you are looking for research articles and papers for a University assignment, each article/paper leads you onto another dozen articles/papers

I've just scoffed my M&S raspberry jelly instead and I have a banana to scoff before running club tonight, I'm just too good!

You are too good Linda! Although the jelly you speak of is rather scrummy! Not so keen on the banana though!

I LOVE the raspberry jelly too, plus I can buy it, leave it in the fridge and the hubby & kids don't wolf it. :T

Linda, I guess that's an advantage to the way the OU does it - they give you the info and woe betide anyone who dares go outside it! Good luck with it anyway.

OMG, just had a couple of the HC chocs, I didn't believe you all when you said how good they are, even the ones that were just chocolate were lush. I've had to hide them in the kitchen.

I should make dinner, was going to have pasta so I've got plenty of energy for tonight, but part of me's saying that I should save the energy from cooking and eat out at book club...
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Maz, did you get the lids I sent you, so long ago now I'd forgotton I'd done it?

It rained soooooo hard here this afternoon....but I lay on the sofa with the fire roaring and managed to bravely nap through it :D....I think I'm getting to the age when an afternoon nap is a must ;)

Right, well that's me done for the day!

Have a lovely rest of your birthday Linda, and have a good run (do an extra few steps for me!)
Have a good swim Maz (do an extra length for me!)

This is good - saves me having to do any exercise!

    By all! Bess xx
