Hi
I wonder if anyone could guide me in teh right direction
Before I agreed my DMP with CCCS I had not made the full payment to MBNA for the previous two month, i had a letter from them 17/11 confirming the DMP then a statement yesterday where they had charged me £74.75 for the October PPI (apparently they hadnt applied it to my account in oct??)and £76.69 for Nov both posted on the 18/11 despite the letter of the 17/11 saying the PPI would be cancelled imediately. Am I right to get them to reverse this as it is adding to my debt is totally useless as I have underpaid twice (three times including the statement they have charged on)

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

Hi there
Are you making a reclaim on the PPI?
If so good luck with this, if your successful and under a DMP or arrears etc, they do tend to refund towards the debt, and if anything remaining it should be refunded direct to you.
You could also ask your question on the Debtfreewannabe thread where many others have been in the same position as yourself when on DMP, which also involves reclaiming etc.
Good luck with this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
