Bank-Smart want money/take me to court!! I thought they were ment to help?

I am getting phone calls from bank smart asking for payment. they said if i pay now they would reduce there fee by 50 pounds! I am having numerous emails from them asking me to pay them 143 pounds for a claim that has never got me any money! I don't what to do they are threatening to send debt collectors can some point me in the right direction please.

dont worry i am in the same situation. the debt collectors cannot enter your property without your consent. the Debt collectors are there to just find a solution to pay. if BS is calling you that means they are desperate and they know that if it went to court they will not win. i am one who is waiting to be taken to court. my advise speak to your local CAB and the Ministery of Justice as well.
