i have a tip! use baking soda for your teeth whitening instead of expensive whitening pastes. Just a little (1 tspn of baking soda) with water, brush on teeth, leave for a minute and rinse ")

Why do you try all of this as it is easy and wont cost you any thing..
1.Drink a lot of water
2.Sleep well
3.Exercise
4.Follow a good skin care routine. Do not skip the exfoliation on a regular basis! For without this we cannot get rid of dead and dry skin. Use oatmeal for an exfoliator instead of a packaged product. Remove your makeup before you sleep every night. Yes every night without fail no matter how dead tired you are! With makeup on, our skin cannot repair itself. Thank u.. I hope you liked it.

It's not homemade but I swear by using sudocreme on my face as an overnight treatment, I wake up with baby soft, spot free skin and it doesn't break the bank. Sudocreme is multipurpose as well!

This is homemade Mask to Treat Acne. Use Apirin and Honey together to creat a Honey Apirin Mask.

The Ingredients:
6 aspirin tablets
1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1-1/2 Tbsp honey
Dissolve the aspirin tabs in the apple cider vinegar for about 3 minutes. Stir well. Add the honey to the mixture and stir again. Apply to a clean face, scrubbing very gently as you cover your whole face (avoiding eyes). Let the mask sit for 15 minutes. Be careful, because it drips a little! Keep a towel handy to wipe off little drips. Rinse well with warm water, scrubbing gently again as you rinse. The aspirin also serves as a magnificent exfoliator.

Don't use this if you are sensitive to Aspirin.
