NatWest Overdraft

Got a letter yesterday saying my account overdraft was rising from £500 to £1000, and that it'll automatically increase unless I opt out of it by filling in the form attached and sending it in the freepost envelope provided.
Seems fair, but no envelope was enclosed and no freepost address was stated.
Seems a con to try and get you to run up credit.
I hate banks.

Phone up and ask them to either send you out a freepost envelope or ask for the freepost address. It could be a genuine mistake0

Machines do make mistake.
You can phone them and as to speak to the lending centre who make the amendments to credit limits over the phone. Alternatively just drop the form into your local branch and ask them to forward it or do as looby75 says. All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

My local Natwest are very understanding, like to talk to someone face to face at the bank rather than over the phone tho.."I took her to a supermarket,I don't know why but I had to start it somewhere" :cool:0
