I empathise with you me and my partner so desparetly want to live together but cannot afford to as she will lose her benefit and i only just make ends meet as it is, i cant sell my house due to the economic climate and downsize and we both stuck in a rut. If she wanted thou she could get a place of her own paid for totally by benefits but if we want to live together we lose money!!

Basically government want to help and house single people, but not couples and families who struggle the most. I hope you can find a solution as your family needs to be together.

I havent got children, but one day want them but without giving up everything and living off benefits totally we can not afford it!

Its sad the way the country and benefit system is.

 not another one. They dont sadden me, they just make me angry

Get up and get on with it, take responsibility for your self instead of moaning about the government not giving you enough of my hard earned money. Honestly, hand on heart, i am 60 years old, have worked at some shoity jobs in my life t since i was 15 year old to make ends meet. and i have never, never claimed a penny from any government except for child benefit.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Complete rubbish the whole system is biased towards those with children and paid for by the child free. Look at the Shannon Mathews and baby p cases. Women who have never worked who have children so they can ponce off the state.
