Hi all,
i have been very foolish and need help. i saw a flashing banner promising the world well really white teeth a number of weeks ago. i read an advert about a mum who used both products so i signed up to the free trial. had the products delivered, however, just checked credit card statement i have had £54 taken from card the description is 'ultifreshwell'. i want to stop this, i googled the topic and had the word SCAM flash up at me and obviously smelt a kipper. How can i successfully stop them taking an more money, their website is not good, i really dont want this to affect my credit rating etc, so if anyone can help i would really appreciate it.
Many, many thanks

Theres lots of us who have been through this recently. Search the forums for Dazzle White and you'll find what to do. The number on your credit card statement next to the name of the company who have taken the payment is their telephone number. Ring your credit card and they will tell you what to do and can sometime put you through toll free. You have to get a cancellation number and then they can't put another payment through (they do have 24hrs after cancellation and they did put another payment through that day with me). If you send the products back to an address in Bedford by tracked delivery they say they will refund you within 10 days but I haven't had any money back yet. Good luck.GC Jan £318/£350, Feb £221.84/£300, Mar £200.00/£250 Apr £201.05/£200 May £199.61/£200 June £17.25/£200

Sorry to hear you got scammed.
There is an existing thread on the Dazzlesmile scam here which has some advice and info to help."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."
