Knickers!

Has anyone got any recommendations for knickers that hold you in so to speak. I'm a size 12 but have had 4 ops on my stomach (imagine its like having 4 caesareans). Its left my stomach as though its got a flap:eek:. When I wear dresses it looks horrible so I'm thinking about some good knickers, sort of like the ones that Gok uses on his show.

Higher power spanx are the best I've found so far - some of the others stop too low so give you a muffin top which is lovely, lol! Debenhams and John Lewis both sell them, as does Figleaves.0

Yeah, the higher the better, ideally finish under my bra. Muffin tops arent a good look:DLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0

Certainly on me the spanx finish just in line with the bottom of my bra which is quite handy and means that if you are wearing something quite light/thin over the top then you don't have any extra visible lines except your bra. They're not the prettiest of garments and OH laughs at me trying to get them on but they do work.0

MAtalan do some which are only about £3 a pair, they aren't as tight as some of the others but I find that means they are more comfortable! It hides my c section flap too.0

Do you have to struggle out of them to go to the loo?0

oooh, i so interested in this too, my op scar is right down the middle of my tum, 3 inches above belly button and down to hair line so it looks vile at the moment!!nothing i have tried has smoothed it out, im away in jan, and need to wear a bather, and feel sick about it.
the bather has legs, and am seriously thinking of getting some power pants to hold my 'dumpling' in as the swelling still isnt going!!Please be nice to all moneysavers!
