not sure if this should be in the motor bit or techie
Does anyone have one of these?
Have installed cd on laptop, but when trying to put the data (maps) on the pocket PC, it doesn't complete because it says the pocket pc's screen resolution is unsupported?? We have tried with 4 different PC's now and no luck. I can't find anything about it in the user manuals and the navman support site just displays blank screens and that is after a very very long wait!
Do they have a telephone contact number? Couldn't find one in the manual!

Edit: The error message is as follows when trying to instal SmartSt on the pocket PC:
"An error has occured during installation. Your Pocket PC has an unsupported screen resolution. Installation has been stopped."
