    ok, go to this link

    http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/captain_cash/610008/FREE-Xmas-gift-worth-up-to-pound49-from-the-Captain.html

put in username, password, click "LOG IN"

    Then click "REDEEM NOW"

Underneath the 20% discount box, there are 5 FREE products to choose.

Beware that there is a big "BUY NOW" button to include the £4.50 gift pack (which you can later uncheck).
Or you can click the smaller "BUY NOW" button without the gift pack.
Just make sure you don't purchase it by mistake as they've made it easiuer to click on the more expensive option.
Just make sure the price is right before you buy and uncheck it if necessary.
