Phone Line Installation in a new build property

Hi All,
I'm after a bit of advice. I'm currently in the process of buying my first home with my fiance. The property is a new build and we would like phone and broadband but will need a phone line installed.
Apart from BT, is there any other provider out there that can install a line as i do not want to pay £122 to get a line installed. I am aware of Sky charging £25 for line installation but you are required to take out all 3 of their products which i don't want to do. I have had a look at talktalk who charge £59.99 for line installation but you are required to take out their essential package but their download limit on their broadbrand is restricted to 40gb.
Any other companies to look at or advice will be most appreciated.

BT have a free installation offer on until at least 31-12-09 - 18 month contract, make 10 chargeable or inclusive calls via BT each month.

Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Thank you for this, I'll give this a try in next couple weeks as the property is due for completion on 4th December.0
