Google EHIC or E111 and there will be a sponsored link result at the top: EHIC-card.com
Don't click on this site they charge a fee to get you your card, you are also handing over a lot of important personal information to a company in Bulgaria
The cards are free from the government site https://www.dh.gov.uk/travellers
or by phoning 0845 606 2030
Don't use the sponsored links in google results, ignore them initially use the normal results and look through them to pick the right result.

I have just been listening to a BBC "You and Yours" feature about this. These rip-off merchants are charging £15 to get the card , when you can get the card for free. The company that is operating this scam is based in Ireland and the website is based in Bulgaria. Google have said they are investigating this situation, but I have just checked and the link is still there. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

My daughter has just been ripped off by this scam. Surely this is not a google problem it is something that should be looked at by the NHS and the Government. Also the NHS could put a note on the Google link below the rip off sponsored link to say that there online service is free. I used it a couple of months ago and I got my cards in 4 days.
My daughter and I did get our own back though. We spent ages clicking on the link from two different computors which would have resulted charges going to the company on pay per click.
Childish I know but it made us feel better0 -
