need repair on delonghi cappucinno machine

Hi can anyone help. My delonghi cappuccino machine needs repairing. Out of where the milk is heated there's always dripping of hot water if the machine is on. The power of the espresso is down as well as all the water is going through the milk heater. It's out of warranty, cost £60 and I really love it so would prefer to get it repaired rather than buy a new one. I got it 2 years ago. Thanks

It sounds like it simply needs descaling. Oust descaler see here (available in most supermarkets) should restore full functionality quite quickly with very little effort. If it's two years old and not been descaled, try it before servicing.
