Hi was hoping some one could help me? I got my self new air rifle about two weeks a go, and had it about a week be for it started to play up. So I took it back to the shop where I got it from.
They had a look at it and said that there was something wrong with it and gave me a new one, but about a week later that one stop working too.
So I took that one back, and by then I just wanted my money back had two rifle in two weeks and they both stop working.
They tried to sell me a different air rifle but just wanted my money back. They said that they will have to send it back to the manufacture to see why it not working.
Would like to know where I stand and am I in my rights to get my money back
Many thanks
Chris

    Don't worry about it.

The chances of having to fire it whilst robbing your local corner shops and bookies are minimal.

There within there rights to want to get it tested. If it breaks within a reasonable time frame (28days is generally consider) that they replace or refund but they can first get it tested.

I am intrigued as to why people would feel the need to own such an object - do they have any positive purpose?

Anyone who has a problem with neighbour's cats will understand the use behind these.

I have one, and my Dad has shotguns.

We enjoy shooting targets and clay pigeons.

Does alcohol have any positive purpose?

Do games consoles have any positive purpose....

Oh yes... that's right people get enjoyment from them.

OP, you seriously need to learn to type, spell and use punctuation correctly.

Your post is horrendous and bordering on illegible.
