I don't have the time, patience nor do I wish to bake my own cake.

I am a perfectionist and if one slighty thing went wrong or even a little too much colour or didn't taste right I would start right from the beginning. I am not putting OH, my kids or my sanity and stress levels through that. You could call it a type of OCD I suppose

I can read and I can cook but I cant bake a cake to save my life, they never turn out right. My nan however, can read, cook and bake a bloody fantastic cake, some people can and some cant!!
