Make a chocolate sauce by melting chocolate, butter and golden syrup together. A 100g bar plus 2 tbsp each of butter and syrup should be about right (I'm making this up as I go along:D)
Crumble up the muffins until quite fine crumbs.
Stir them into the choc sauce, Pour/spread into a shallow tin.
Allow to set in the fridge,then cut into squares and call it fudge.
You could add raisins, dried apricots, nuts or coconut too.0 -
