    I was organised (panicked) enough to set up BR file, that I had infront of me, basically it had most recent letters from my creditors stapled together in date order, and a section for anything asset like (that was a small section in comparision) then my notepad to take notes....

    Now this was totally OTT but it helped me cope, i would instead follow the advise above and def have a pen and paper handy!

    joobie, I too am getting one of those files, although I have chucked my letters it is the latest statements that we have! I find it helps me cope too.
