I have just set up my new computer and got back on line but I have noticed that none of the avatars on MSE are animated whereas they were on my old computer. Is there a simple solution to this?

    What browser do you use?

Might be you need to check properties in your browser and allow permissions to play animations.

    Try this.

Open Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Programs Tab and then Reset Web Settings, remove tick form reset homepage, then Yes and OK.
