Does anyone here have a slipped disc?
I think I have as I am in absolute agony and can barely move.

Hopefully it's just a muscle spasm LL. Have you done anything to bring on the pain?
A slipped disc is agony, so understand how much it hurts if it is xxxxThere is something delicious about writing the first words of a story. You never quite know where they'll take you - Beatrix Potter0 -
a heat pad can help ease the pain-some people respond well to heat but also try it straight from freezer.whether its a slipped disc or amuscle spasm this will help:j this money saving is such fun:T0

Technically there is no such thing as a slipped disk.
The disk can bulge but it can't slip as its attached to the vertebrae above and below. If it has bulged or ruptured they can be physically popped back in. I had 4 put back in my lumbar spine after a fall. I was in absolute agony. What I didn't realise was I had actually broken my spine further up as well.
Alternative hot and cold pads are a good idea for the pain. Also try putting tiger balm on. If you have any magnesium salts you could try putting some in a warm bath.
Hope you feel better soon.0 -
