Barclays have paid up

Many thanks to everyone for their help and answering questions I had regarding claiming back our charges from Barclays.

Anyway we got a letter today offering us £261 out of the £300 we claimed and they had put it into our account.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone, especially Natwest staff member for all their help.

Hopefully Natwest will write to us with an offer in the next few days as they said 3 weeks ago that they would write with an offer within 21 days

I know it's not a massive amount but it couldn't have come at a better time.

Remember the rest of the amount is still on the table on the conclusion of the OFT test case issues.
Furthermore, you did the hard work and all I did was guide you and give you the confidence to ask the bank the question.
