Protected trust Deed Payments

I have a protected trust deed which has run almost two of the three years.

Unfortunately my income dropped almost immediately after I signed the deed and have been paying about half of the amount agreed.

Normally a trust deed runs for three years. In my case with reduced payments can I be forced to continue after the three payment period ends, or can the payment amounts be re-negotiated?

Thanks
H

It really depends on your Trustee, to be honest, and the amounts you've actually paid in.

Have you spoken to the Trustee about this at all?

yeah, speak to your IP, it really depends on a number of factors but your IP wants your TD to succeed so ask him for his advice.
