Protected trust Deed Payments
I have a protected trust deed which has run almost two of the three years.
Unfortunately my income dropped almost immediately after I signed the deed and have been paying about half of the amount agreed.
Normally a trust deed runs for three years. In my case with reduced payments can I be forced to continue after the three payment period ends, or can the payment amounts be re-negotiated?
Thanks
H

It really depends on your Trustee, to be honest, and the amounts you've actually paid in.
Have you spoken to the Trustee about this at all?0 -
yeah, speak to your IP, it really depends on a number of factors but your IP wants your TD to succeed so ask him for his advice.Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
