Dla payments

Can someone pls tell me if dla say they are going to make my first payment on a set date is that usually accurate and should the payment def go in on the date they specify and do the payments usually come every month without any problems.

I've never had any problems with my DLA payments. I get mine weekly, never had to phone up in regards to a missing payment.

Ty bryando did not realise they pay weekly been told mine will be monthly.

I receive DLA every four weeks for my son, so it isn't paid on the same day each month. There are 13 payments in the year. I've never had a missed or late payment.

Can be paid weekly if you request although they arent keen,and yes its normally paid 4 weekly NOT monthly

yes I get my son's four weekly so 13 a year. Never been late or missed either.

4 weekly for me but they have changed the date ..made it earlier

I get my DLA 4 weekly, same date each time (usually mid month) and haven't had a late payment yet Didn't know it could be requested weekly, though "monthly" works better for me as its easier to budget.

If its paid on the same date each month, it cant be 4 weekly.

My husband has been on DLA for 10 years now and he is paid monthly
on 15th so 12 payments per year.
