can anyone help bank saying nothing i can do as i signed agreement but i had to or wouldnt have got the loan as they said i wouldnt get it otherwise

Hello and welcome
Its probably a standard fob off letter, everyone here have still had to sign these agreements and still been mis sold, so if this was not the final response, write back and tell them, you do not agree with their decision, even though the agreement was signed, and still believe you were mis sold the PPI, due to the reasons already given on your first letter, ask them to reconsider or you will have to take your complaint to the FOS.
However if this was the final response, you would be better off then going to the FOS with your complaint.
