How the hell do you contact the seller???

What is this new BS that Ebay have introduced in the past few days that stops you from contacting sellers and gives you a large page of unhelpful/useless options instead?
I have bought something today and the ad lists the shop opening hours which, at the time I went, should have been open. It wasn't and the shutters were down. I have gone to the 'contact seller' link on the ad and the only options it gives me are :
Your purchase -
Where is my item?
You need to pay for your item before it can be shipped to you.
How do I cancel my purchase?
You can't retract a purchase made through a Buy It Now listing. Once you confirm your purchase, you are obliged to pay the seller.
As a general rule, you also can't cancel a bid. Once you place a bid, you agree to pay for the item if you're the winning bidder.
Under certain conditions you may be able to retract your bid. Learn more
If you are buying from a business seller, most Buy-It-Now-purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which gives consumers the right to cancel the purchase after they receive the item. Get more details.

I am paying for it by cash on collection as already agreed with the seller when the auction was still running, so how the hell do I get in contact with him to find out why he's closed and when I can collect it? There are no other contact details on the ad.
I am so  a) for having a wasted journey and b) Ebay's stupid site is preventing me from sorting it out.
Anyone have a shortcut round this BS pls?
Tks.

Go right to the bottom of the page and it says contact seller. That is only half way down the full page what you copied and posted.Member of Thrifty Gifty ~ Making money for Christmas 2010:£2 Savers club member no 40 ~ £54Amazon Vouchers BingoPort ~ £10Dooyoo Challenge Jan ~ £24.07 / £20.00 Yippee over target :j0

Thanks. It's actually 2 full page sizes further down the page on Opera, with those 2 pages being nothing but blank space.
Why they've made it all so complicated when the previous contact selection boxes worked just fine I'll never know.
