New credit card

I've just got a new credit card with RBS & I registered my card online so I can view statements etc. At the moment I have view only access as waiting on activation code being sent.
When I log in however, it says the following:
Current balance £0.00
Total credit limit £1,950.00
Credit available £625.55
what does this mean??
Does this mean that £1,324.45 has been spent? I've not even used it yet!
