For 0870 and 0845 charges... folks, USE MSE!!! MSE recommends using the SayNoTo0870.com service, which I have used to absolutely fantastic effect when I had to deal not only with DHL, but also UPS and Samsung. Sadly, Parceline's number does not work anymore, so I had to use the 0870 number.
