Hello,
This is my first post, so I hope people can help.
Has anybody had any dealings with First Plus in getting missold PPI's back, it so what achievements or obsticals did you encounter. As i am looking into starting the process and wanted to make sure that it was all worthwhile doing.
Thank you
Paul

Hi Paul and welcome.;)
Oh yes, in fact the majority of the complaints are against these.
However, was your loan sold by them or a broker?
You actually write to the ones who sold you the finance.
For guidelines on reclaiming the PPI here below link, follow them, you will also find template letters as well, you can use them if you want to or as a guide, with your reasons of being mis sold, also check on the mis selling checklist of reasons in case any of them also occur to you as well.

Post your letter by recorded delivery - this is your proof of posting.
Good luck, if you require any help from here just yell, and please keep us posted, cheers.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
