Hi
I am really really hoping someone can help me. We moved in August and notifued Sky we would like to move our TV, Telephone and Broadband to our new property. We were able to get Sky TV up and running but nothing else. My husband and I have spent a huge amount of time and lengthy mobile phone call to get this rectified but still we are no further forward after 3 months.
I have sent Sky 3 complaints and have heard nothing back. I have also e-mailed Otelo
to complain and still have not heard anything.
I am at my wits end please please can anyone help me:(

Why have they not sorted your phoneline, did they say the reason why?0 -
After having great difficulty getting to talk to the right department and Sky having so many system we have been told it is to do with BT Open reach and we will not have a line till January. (If that is the case we will not have a phone for 5-6 months). I have tried to call BT open reach to be told I need to talk to my provider:eek:0
