Whats the loophole?

I am lucky to get £70 per year buying everything on my egg card then paying off in full.

I have not got a letter, and though I migh have on the first round.

Have they given you 2 months notice, or is it immediate? If immediate, there must be an appeal option if you can prove that none of the points in 11.2 apply - you haven't been sliding money in and out too often have you?

Make a DPA subject access request, and if they don't include documentation regarding this decision in the pack they send you, tell them you'll report them to the ICO unless they provide full details.

Sounds as if Egg want to terminate their entire relationship with Milarky (and his mother!) - which I presume would include Egg Money Manager - not just a selected product like the previous CC account 'clean-up' where it sounded as if they were just getting rid of selected customers who didn't use their cards, were unprofitable or where Egg though the 'risk' had changed..
