yes you have to register on twitter as you have to tweet something that you would like for christmas. you don't have to follow them on twitter unless you win then they will tell you to follow them.
Despite them saying tweet often, they want you only to tweet 10 times or less and all the winners (sadly I checked!:o) have tweeted only a few times. I tweeted lots in the first couple of days until they gave a warning if you tweet lots you could be barred from twitter for spamming:rolleyes:. So for the one I won I only tweeted once, and hadn't tweeted in the previous prize draw.
