M&S Shoes - not cheap but nasty!

This morning I was walking in the rain when my feet started to get wet. I bought a pair of £60 boots from M&S in October and 1 month later, they have worn through to nearly my sock.
The pair replaces a rubber sole M&S shoe which cracked along the middle.
Take my advice and steer clear of M&S shoes

I practically live in M&S shoes and have no complaints about them. They are one of the few shops that actually sell wider fitting shoes.
Sounds like you got a bad pair, I'm sure every manufacturer has a failure rate for goods. Take them back, I'm sure they will exchange them or refund your money.0 -
I buy a lot of M&S shoes and have to admit that I've had problems just this past year with two pairs of sandals (different styles)that started to come apart.
I got refunded and still buy their shoes though as they're so comfy.0
