I would definitely prefer to get better tickets closer to home - but the MEN tickets will prob be impossible to sell when he releases the next 100 dates!!

My tickets are row A directly in front of the stage. Would I have a better chance of selling them?
  • I saw him last night on Jonathan Ross and tbh am a bit annoyed that he has now announced that his tour that doesn't tour is touring.

We managed to get tickets at MEN on the first Thursday, which isn't the most convenient day as our kids (12 and 15) will be late back on a school night, however we booked these at the point when only 4 dates were available.

Then another 16 dates were announced including Saturdays, after we had bought our tickets at 8 am.

Now he announces the tour that doesn't tour is touring. So maybe we could have got tickets nearer than the 110 mile journey that the MEN is from our house.

Beginning to feel that Peter Kay believes he is bigger than his fans and that we will come however he treats us. Just hope this tour doesn't disappoint.

Well done for working it out, I used to be a huge fan traveled all over watching the bungelow tour, spent days outside St Gregs club (Phoenix club) watching the filming of different shows.

I even went when he was doing the Radio 1 show and the miserible git didn't come outside to sign autographs or pose for photos, he even came up with a getaway plan of his driver leaveing and coming back at speed so he could dive in the car and be off before anyone knew. The dosey git left his wife behind and had to stop down the street to wait for her to walk down.

Don't forget to buy ALL his box sets with all the different DVD's in a different colour to last year with an extra 3 minutes of special features.

OF COURSE he was going to put extra dates on! It was obvious that the dates in Manchester were a taster as he's been off the circuit for 7 years. There was no way on earth he was not going to take the show on tour.

I'm quite shocked that people didn't realise this and are now annoyed at Peter Kay.

He's a funny guy. I'm waiting for him to announce where the other dates are (like I have been since he announced the tour) and I'll be first in the queue.

If anybody wants to sell their tickets due to getting tickets closer to their home area, I am after 3 (or 4) seats together but will not pay more than face value as I have never sold any tickets in the past that I may have spare for anything more than face value, and that includes a few years ago when I had 2 tickets for an FA Cup Final and again sold them at face value.

If anybody is in the position to want to get their money back for 3 (or 4) seats together please pm me.

    Thanks

As I mentioned in a previous post, before the JR show, O2 have sent emails/texts to existing customers advising that they will have the facility to a pre sale link. Surely this was a huge clue that he will be doing at least one gig in the O2 arena!!

I hope he is gonna be at Sheffield! Love going there.

    Cheers,

  • The Link is good for me! Just says he is in the process of arranging new dates and venues, and Pre Sale Link will be emailed to those signed up to his Website!
    Good Luck!
