Hi all,
I missed this programme, sounds as if it would have been a laugh! Is it on again? Plus is it a series or a one off?

I think elephant-turd Tango man's attitude was summed up when he was interviewed about buying that town in Bulgaria. "I'm changing it's name to Alexander (his name). I suppose it's a bit cheeky but the bulgarian name was difficult to pronounce."
Yeah, NOT FOR THE BULGARIANS!
What was going on with his hamster cheeks?!
And the jordan wannabe REALLY got my goat. How clueless and selfish do you have to be to fly your mum to New York, pay for everything including the glass of champers in her hand, and THEN tell her how in debt you are? Did she not stop to think how crap that would make her mum feel for spending her money? Having said that, her mum was absolutely useless. "I don't care, it's just one more worry line isn't it? She'll be famous one day." is possibly the worst 'advice' or 'support' i've ever heard, when the daft cow's just going to carry on getting into the same trouble.
I hope they all watched it and realised what t*ts they looked.

i watched it last night and i had to laugh at all of it
minty, he was getting cars for multi milionaires, he said - 'if a new car comes out my clients have to wait months to have it, but i get if for them in days, i am no1' I just had to laugh :rotfl:0 -
i watched it and laughed all the way through, all off the people on the show were soo tacky. Orange man was the ugliest man i have ever seen in my life!! what sort of fake woman would want to go back to his penthouse ... oh i know Jordan wannabee !! she & he both looked older than thier apparant years and how much was he spending on those eternal injections ..it obviously didnt work on the receding hair line or his poxy skin as both were in awful condition. at least however he was spending his own money !!!! i have no reason to shout at him unlike Jordan wannabee who paid £200 for a chauffeur !!! omg would love to find out where she is in 12 months time, her poor father !!!!!!!!!0

Also watched programme and found very, very funny as it was so ridiculous!
If I had loads of money I could not justify to myself spending such ludicrous amounts of money on material crap. Perhaps a few treats but certainly not throwing away money for the sake of it.
The fact that the orange guy actually thought himself attractive also made me laugh. And that dizzy tart needs to sort herself out. Fancy treating her Mother like that. Of course she can stop spending and sort herself out - you've just got to want it bad enough. She should read some of the posts on this site and read about all the people who have got themselves in to trouble through no fault of their own.
I liked Hester's comment about the elephant turd!:rotfl:0 -
I am no oil painting and even if I had the money would still not have anything done. Sorry I seem to have messed this quote by Calley up.

I think the saying that money magnifies peoples problems is true by the sounds of this program.
People had spent all this money and shown their true tackyness (magnified infinately)0 -

Subtitles, widescreen
Scott Alexander is one of Manchester's richest men, a violently tanned property developer with a penchant for "top Page 3 birds" and eyebrows so depilated that, even in repose, he appears to be in shock. Here, in a documentary that will leave many viewers in a similar condition, we follow Scott and other cash-happy consumers as they indulge their appalling tastes via a gaudy carousel of exclusive clubs, casinos and posh designer emporiums. There is, of course, a downside to all the blingery (Scott is always getting stopped by the police; music publisher Lisa finds herself at dinners with Christopher Biggins). Yet despite the odd moment of depth, this is, like its subjects, a largely frivolous affair.
