is it a scam - free mobile phone offer

Hi

I've just received 3 seperate text messages from 07797803206 saying they will be sending me a new mobile phone since I renewed my o2 contract. I do have a contract with o2 and did renew it but instead of getting a free phone I got credit into my account instead. The second message says it is from SCS Network, I tried googling the mobile number and the company name but can't find anything saying it's a scam. They say my tariff wont be affected.

In the first message they even use my first name so they know my name, mobile and mobile phone provider so they obviously have my info from somewhere. They all say all I have to do is text back the word stop to stop the phone being sent but I don't want to do this as I know some people charge more than the standard SMS price to send messages.

Any ideas what I should do?
