Just checked the site out......1gb SD card £39.99!!!! If that's the sale price i'd hate to pay full price!!!That's some sale!! :-)

Jessops is truly a terrible retailer & deserves to go bust. I remember the days when their prices were fairly keen (but I'm going back 20 years)...now they're right up there with PC World et al for their ludicrous prices.

Some Jessops will price match other stores and even websites. depends on what mood the manager is in, but if does no harm to ask

But that puts the onus on you to find a cheaper price in the first place. I reckon with Jessops as the retailer, the onus should be on them to have the keenest prices!

The price of their 4GB Ipod Nano made me laugh - £189 in their so-called 'sale'!!

I've just checked their normal selling price and it's now £229!!!!! :eek:

How the hell do they expect to do business?? I'm a photographer and I never buy a thing from them as they are just too expensive by far. We need a decent photographic retailer in this country as Jessops is a joke. I will only use them if I can get a decent price match on a web price.

I tried to get the Bradford store to knock £50 off a digital camera that I had seen cheaper on Amazon last week, but they wouldn't. I printed out the page off Amazon and everything, to show I wasn't making it up. Jessops lost my custom altogether because they wouldn't price match.

Try the Leeds store in Albion Street, i've managed to pricematch a sony camcorder battery in there. If it doesnt work try the one in commercial street.

Thats unbelievable. How can these companies still blatantly rip people of like this. Sad thing is that obviously loads of customers pay this sort of price thinking its a good deal. 2 seconds on play.com gives you a play.com branded card at £18 delivered...
