Hi think this is the right place to post!!
Just bought a radley bag off of John Lewis http://www.johnlewis.com/58693/Style.aspx that's it, looked a real bargain for that size, went to checkout and the bag was a completely different size, where do I stand with this when I pick up at the store on saturday?

Just to clarify, you bought from the website for pickup at your local store? Why did you continue with the checkout process if you saw it was the wrong size?
John Lewis are one of the good retailers anyway so there'll be no problme getting a refund.0 -
