Advice on letter to first plus

Hi everyone
I have pasted a response to first plus below. Given the contents can I please have some advice from sucessful claimants as to its contents before I send it off please.
Thanks Putty
I am writing in response to your letter dated 16th November 2009.
At this stage I am slightly confused as to which letter or letters you refer to as we sent letters on the 20th and 21st October 2009, and when you failed to respond, we sent a further letter dated 3rd November 2009. It is also disappointing that you appear to have failed to grasp what we said in the previous letters, as you give us the option of referring this to the Financial Ombudsman Service; however this has already been done.
What is encouraging however is that you are now referring this to senior management for review and therefore your prompt response in upholding this claim is required. I would add that we are currently encountering financial hardship and any advance of a settlement before the date 14th December 2009 would be appreciated.
Please be advised that this letter will also be forwarded to the Financial Ombudsman Service

Any advice please?

Hi Putty
Just to give my opinion if you don't mind, although I never had a case with FP.
I think its a good letter and just as long as you covered all grounds, then its ready to go.
I hope others who have dealt with these will post up with their own opinions on this for you as well, meanwhile good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
