Goodwill payments and impact on claiming

Hi all
Can anyone help?
I've had a few bank charges in my time. To be fair, some of them were my fault. Some of them were unfair (mainly doubling up on charges where DDs are represnted the same day, etc.)
I have complained about three times in the last 20 years I've held the accounts. Each time I've received a 'goodwill refund' where the bank has not admitted blame, usually less than what I expect. This goes straight back into your account so you're not given the option to say yes or no.
If I chase this up now, having not followed up on the letters, what is this likely to do to my claim?
Cheers all

If you reclaim charges that have already been partially refunded the bank would put the case on hold. If you are doing this because you want the bank to admit blame then that is not the point of reclaiming.Hi all
