Phot Editing type program

Hi,

Is there a free program where you can change the wording on a picture?. For example a picture of man holding a sign and being able to change the words?

Thanks in advance

GIMP - free of charge and whilst not as user friendly as photoshop it is almost as good

Photoshop - will give you a 30 day free trial but then is about £500

It's more a case of will you be able to do it! Editing photographs is not easy for a beginner and if you were to add lettering to a sign, it may look like it has been added or pasted on. Anything is possible but that doesn't mean that it's easy. Download Gimp and have a go.

It can be done in Paint Shop Pro. You can get a 30 day trial version from here

Failing that I could do it for you. Just PM me if you need any help.

It will not be able to auto detect what the original font was so you will either need to know this or do it with trial and error.

You can use a dropper or a clone to pickup the original colourings
