Esure Complaint for Car insurance

Hi, does anyone have an email address for Peter Wood or Gordon Hannah as its like dealing with kids from a circus when you have a claim at esure. From being a no fault accident to blaming me for mistakes they have made.
No way i am renewing with them but i need to get this claim out of the way first

Hi there

On the FSA Register, the main contact e-mail address is for Susan MacDonald (listed as a director) and it's in the format:

[EMAIL="sue.macdonald@esure.com"]sue.macdonald@esure.com[/EMAIL]

If you look under the "contact" information, you get:

[EMAIL="gaynor.leeves@esure.com"]gaynor.leeves@esure.com[/EMAIL]

She is not listed as a director of the company but is listed as the contact for complaints, so it's a good start.

I'd be tempted to send your e-mail to Gaynor and copy in Sue. You can also cc peter.wood and gordon.hannah (I presume these are correct), but I would point out that the FSA register lists Gordon Hannah with the first name "Charles".

One other thing - as with all complaints - keep it calm!!! Don't go off the deep; simply stick to the facts. Explain what has gone wrong and what you want doing about it. If you can, add a read receipt to your e-mail and send a hard copy by post (recorded delivery).

I've been trying to get hold of Peter Wood's contact details myself, as seem to have had exactly the same problem with Sheila's Wheels! Just wondered how you got on when you emailed them, as I want to write a complaint myself!

Incidentally [EMAIL="peter.wood@esure.com"]peter.wood@esure.com[/EMAIL] does come back as valid address
