AcaiBerry detox Beauty sculpt scam

I took advantage of a FREE trial of AcaiBerry Detox and Colon cleanse. The trial was for 14days but they were presently sending a 30day supply. I had to pay 99pence per bottle p&p.which I paid to GetStronger on21st Oct by NatWest credit card.
Today I received my credit card bill & find that in addition to the 2x p&p payments 2 paymentsof £75.01 had been taken from my account on 7th November by a Co called Beauty Sculpt. I didn't know this Co.. I phoned Nat West and it was clear that they knew this Co.They told me that my free sample came with terms & conditions showing that if I didn't cancell my agreement within 14 days I would be charged for the samples & the Co. would send further supplies each month and charge me for them. Nat west advised me to phone the Co.and cancell.
I phoned the Co. to cancell & was told this had been done butwhen I asked for a refund of the £150.00 which I thought had been taken Under false pretences I was told they dont do refunds. When I asked to speak to someone more senior I was told that they dont take calls.I said I wanted to make a complaint & the person told me she only did cancelations & she hung up.
I phoned Nat west as I did not feel confidant that my "agreement" had been cancelled and I thought it would be wiser to cancell my card, only to be told that if the agreement hadn't been canceled the amounts would be paid from any new card I might hold.So now I am waiting for a form from Nat west for me to complete & return to ask them not to pay this Co.
Has anyone else been had by this Co.& if so did you manage to get your money back? I am a pensioner and can ill afford to lose £150.00. Does anyone know if trading standards would take it up? It was a Google add could they be part resposible for a missleading add in the same way that a newspaper woul?

Sounds like it's part of the Life Cleanse scam?

Gee, what a shocker.
Something on the internet that's supposed to be free, turns out to be a scam!!!!!!!
I'm shocked and outraged.
Whatever next, whitening stuff that doesn't work??0 -
Since this company promises 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed, the way to get your money refunded is to adamantly tell them that you are absolutely not satisfied.
They refunded me.
Now, I hope this is the last time I'm ever tempted by the too-good-to-be-true offer.
If it sounds too good to be true, it surely is.
With Acai Berry, we all knew that if we didn't hurry up and cancel, they would definitely rip us off. Now, I'm not sure I knew exactly how expensive the rip-off would be ... but I sure was mad when I found out.
Hope you all get your money back! ...... And remember, jump for joy 'cos Jesus loves you::j0
