Has anyone else had any dealings with the above company?
We cancelled our d/d and requested a monthly/quarterly bill. The bill arrived with a 40p per day admin charge as a result of the d/d being cancelled!!
If you have experienced same how did you get out of paying it. The charge on our bill is £19.60 for 49 days.
Any commments , advice appreciated.

The charges for non dd would have been in the small print on the contract.Otherwise, you have a let out or to move providers.
Their web site only list 087 numbers, that speaks for itself.0
