Please Help with Egg PPI reclaim

Hi I have been trying to reclaim my Egg credit card PPI for about 6 months now, i lost my claim and i wrote back to the FOS to ask them to be referred to another ombudsmen, but they have asked me to let them know if there is any other info i can give them, please help if you have any suggestions to what i can say to them, Thanks

Hello and welcome.;)
If you no paperwork at all to help support your complaint, a SAR from EGG maybe a good idea, although this can take up to 40 days.
Also if there is anything you missed telling the FOS, let them know, this is generally procedure of them requesting more info, maybe they do require more, but if its in regards of paperwork, if you want to request a SAR, you can let the FOS know that you have requested for some documentation from EGG and that you will send to the FOS as soon as possible, (if there is anything useful enclosed within the SAR).
There is a template letter for this, but there is a cost of £10 you have to enclose for this request, either pay by postal order or cheque payment, if you want to do this here is the link to the SAR template letter:

However, if you do have any further information to give the FOS to support your case, then do let them know, and/or if anything in paperwork.
