Store sold goods to someone else for which I'd already paid for in full!

i'am intrigued about the legal standing in this case anyone know of any court cases in this similar area?

I'm just wondering why the OP didn't collect them at the time of purchase. surely that would have been the best thing to do. if the store didn't physically have them in their possession then they couldn't have sold them to someone else.

It's says in the OP. It was a large order and they offered free delivery for the following week. Not everyone can fit 100 rolls of insulation in their vehicle.

It's a B2B order, so consumer rights are out of the window.

Either wait for fresh stock, or take the refund.
