UPDATE: The prize is flights only. It also says winner has to pay all taxes, fees and charges!! So how they can call it tax free I dont know!!!

  There are 2 prizes: The first prize consists of a pair of economy class tickets to Minneapolis with KLM and the second prize is a pair of economy class tickets to Atlanta with Delta Air Lines. The winners will be the first and second entries drawn at random from all eligible entries. Blackout periods apply no travel is permitted between 15th December – 10th January, 21st March – 18th April, 12th July to 31st August and 15th December – 31st December 2010.This offer is subject to availability and does not represent entitlement to book to travel on a specific route on a specific date. Availability is more restrictive during peak periods. All taxes, fees and charges must be paid for by the passenger.

Minneapolis is pretty much as far north as you can get in the States. I don't know who considers it to be the "unofficial capital of the South"!
