Need some advice please.

I had a photo shoot experience and ordered the top package to receive an album and full copyright to the pics on a cd. Was told they would arrive in 6 weeks.

Over 10 weeks later they arrive and are incorrect, they had not sent the retouched versions from the studio to the printers.

I called customer service and surprise no-one called me back, finally got through to someone who told me to send them all back and they would re-print them and said that no payment would be taken until the correct prints had arrived (I arranged finance with them to pay monthly)

I am so angry at the lack of service I have received and the only compensation they are prepared to offer me is a voucher to come back to the studio for another shoot (why would I want to do that!)

I had the shoot in August it is now November. I am also told that I can't cancel the order.

Where do I stand ??

Edit: Oh and they have started to take payment already even though they told me they wouldn't, excuse given was that the finance company have started to take it and this is not in their control (they should not have said that it wouldn't happen then)
