    No you are not.

The owner doesnt have sky at the moment and doesnt want sky. Any costs involved in getting Sky should fully be borne by you whether you have to do extra to meet the owners requirement or not.

Withdrawing because you can't get sky without paying a bit extra doesnt entitle you to your deposit back.

The agency etc have all had to do work on this deal.
  • ah Okie dokes, thanks for responding :)
  • secondly its not our choice to have this extra work done- its her personal preference so she should pay for it, or at least part of it! :):o

It is YOUR choice to have the work done as it is YOU who want to have sky. Sky happens to be a priviledge and not a right ot have a dish so if the landlord states she does not want it on her house then you have to find another way of getting it.

Remember its YOu who wants it so YOU should pay for it.

You have backed out of the deal on your own accord for a non-legitimate reason so why shoulld you get your fees back?
